ChillSet: Back-to-Back Pepperoncini's Thursday and Friday!

  
  
  
  

Over the past five years, Pepperoncini's has been one of the top ChillSet venues. Why has it been so good? Some say it's the great food (best damn pizza around). Others swear it's the excellent beer selection and prices (I recommend the pitchers, great value). But we at ChillSet say differently. It's all about the owner.

Vince Loscerbo is the man. The absolute man. If you've met Vince, who currently works out of the Milford location, you know that there's nothing he won't do to make his restaurants tops. Also, he's a snappy dresser, a wonderful conversationalist, handsome as fuck, and an all-around beast of a man. Plus, he has a terrific little recipe for delicious meatballs:

Momma's Meatball Recipe (makes about 30 meatballs)

  • 5lbs. 80/20 beef
  • 3 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Parmagiano Reggiano cheese
  • 1tbs salt
  • 5 eggs (beaten)
  • Mix and form 2oz. meatballs. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. 

My mouth is watering already. Today, ChillSet is proud to announce that we'll be having a two-day Pepperoncini Extravaganza, playing at the Framingham location on Thursday and the Milford location on Friday.  Both shows start at 9:30pm and we hope that everyone in the Metrowest area can come on down and support these great local businesses.
